Yoga and My Abs

Yoga is proven to be very therapeutic and a good way to exercise. When I see people doing those yoga poses, I feel like I could not do all those stretching at all. But then again, why not give it a try? Yoga is also known for its spiritual origins. Back in the days it was very related Hinduism. Yoga was very much a part of their culture, way of life and worship. Now, of course, it has become more of a physical exercise. 

It is known for its ability to make the abs firm, too. Oh, I think I would need that a lot! Yoga blocks are sold online—should I get one?

Helping the City

Aside from distributing food and clothing for those who have been affected by the recent flooding in our city, cleaning up houses would be another challenge.  It would take a long time before houses could be squeaky clean again.

One of the things needed would be a hydraulic hose to wash out mud and dirt.  Hoses like these should be distributed throughout the city. This Christmas is definitely not as festive as the ones we have had, but the spirit of giving and sharing was very evident among our countrymen.  It is a blessing to even receive help from outside the country.  A calamity like the one we had definitely made us realize how blessed we are and the things we could do to help out those who are in need.

Christmas Shows

Now that the Christmas season is fast approaching, most churches will be holding Christmas cantatas to celebrate the birthday of the Lord Jesus Christ.

These presentations may be done by the kids, teens, or adults ministry, but the main thing is, Christ is the center of the celebration.

We will soon be hearing great music played live from microkorg keyboards to accompany these biblical presentations. Oh it is just a blessing watching these plays! And it is a great way to spend one Christmas night in church, appreciating the essence of the season in an artistic performance.

Did you know that Nintendo DS has evolved since 2004? The DS meant to stand for developer's system but it also dually meant dual screen. It has been one of the most famous handheld gaming console not only for kids but for big boys as well. To date it has sold over 149 million units, next only to Playstation 2.

Were you one of those to be able to get your unit from the early years? How long have you been playing with your unit? How many have you bought? The existence is coming to a decade. It is not often that a gaming console lasts that long.
